Joris De Baes was part of the team reviewing the Tokyo Studio 2016 at Waseda university, the ninth project of Bezalel’s architecture department in Japan. This year the course’s activities evolved around the title: 'XL Travelogues, XS Manifestos: Meditations on the Contemporary City’.
